Shipping & Delivery Information

When you receive your shipment:

GlassCutterMachine.com is not liable for shipping damage or loss in transit. If you receive a damaged item, DO NOT accept the shipment until the transportation company makes note on the bill or delivery receipt indicating the extent of the damage or shortage. (This is to protect you.)

File your claim directly with the carrier. To properly handle a claim, please keep all shipping cartons, packing materials and damaged merchandise for inspection by the shipper. Otherwise, the shipper may not honor your claim.

Notify us that you have filed a claim with the shipper and initiate arrangements for replacement.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS. Areas outside FedEx/UPS delivery zones are generally shipped via U.S. Mail. Oversized and overweight orders will be shipped by motor freight.

Note: All orders shipped to Canada must go by motor freight.

SHIP & CANCEL POLICY

Your order is packaged and shipped carefully, just for you. When you receive it, please review your invoice. All items in stock are shipped out to you. Any item NOT in stock is cancelled and the customer should re-order at a later date. We do not backorder items.

MOTOR FREIGHT

When an item is considered oversized then it is shipped using a freight line. This can be more expensive, as extra fees are charged by the carrier for weight and size. The Onyx 90 can be shipped in the continental United States by FedEx which reduces your delivery costs. Shipments to Canada, however, must go by motor freight.

 

SHORTAGES, ERRORS OR RETURNS

Merchandise that is unused and in resalable condition is acceptable for return. If we made an error in size or color, you may (within 5 days) call us for correction, credit or refund. Call us at 1-888-423-4815 and state the problem, order date and invoice number. You will be given an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which should be labeled clearly on the outside of the package. RMA's should be shipped to our warehouse at 441 South Whitted Street, Hendersonville, North Carolina 28739.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA Number (Return Merchandise Number). The RMA Number must be prominately shown on the outside of the box or on the shipping label. Merchandise returned as a result of customer error (if unused and resalable) could be subject to a restocking charge. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number, if accepted, will be subject to a restocking charge. Any claims against an order must be made within 5 business days after delivery. Please check your order upon arrival. If you have any problems, please let us know immediately.

When your order ships, you will also receive your Tracking Number via email. This will allow you to keep up with your package from the time it leaves us, until it lands at your doorstep.
